We want you to be really happy with your purchase and if you're not, we'll try our best to sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
"It was faulty when it arrived"
Simply return the item in its original condition ensuring it reaches us within 14 days of you receiving the item. Please include details of your name, postcode, & order number (on the invoice in your parcel) and a note of why you're returning it, and we'll replace it as soon as possible.
"I don't like it/I'm not happy with what I've received"
See the following... but get it back to us within 14 days.

The UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 state you have the right to cancel the order of an item within seven days of delivery. However, at In Yer Faith, we allow you a little longer and you can send the items back to us within 14 days of receipt, as long as we receive them in their original condition.
Personalised goods are exempt from these regulations, so please make sure you check your spellings and are 100% happy with your designs when you order. See below for how to return items to us.
Please note: we reserve the right to withhold this service from any customer that is suspected of abusing the guarantee. Our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into with any party.
Refunds & Exchanges (UK only)
When returning a product, you'll receive a refund to your payment card, minus any postage charges as shown on the site (not counting free delivery or faulty returns of course), unless you wish to exchange the items for other products and thus save the postage.
Returns can only be accepted back if they are received in their original condition. We reserve the right to offer only a partial refund or exchange on items that are damaged or soiled. If you have a problem with a personalised item, please contact us to discuss your options.

Next, to help us fix things for you as quickly as possible, please contact us to discuss the problem. We might be able to fix it without you sending your garment back!
Please note, we must receive the items for refund/exchange in their original condition within 14 days of you receiving them. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered an item to you in error or it is faulty. To ensure valuable goods reach us, you may also wish to obtain a Certificate of Posting or use a recorded delivery service as we can, of course, only give refunds or exchanges for goods we actually receive.
